Traditional RTT Session

Each session is 90-120 minutes and will include traditional RTT. This is similar to the Aura Transformation Technique but does not include additional incorporation of the 5 senses to accelerate change and further impress the subconscious mind. Please make space in your schedule for 2 hours of uninterrupted time for yourself. 

What to expect:

• The Induction: Client will gradually become relaxed until we reach the sweet spot between the conscious and subconscious awareness. 

• Scenes: Client will be guided through past experiences associated with the root cause of the presented problem. 

• Reframe: Therapist uses CBT and NLP to reprogram and positively impact the subconscious habit, thought or perception of the situation. 

• The Transformation: Therapist records a guided hypnosis for the client to listen to for 30-90 days to embed the new positive beliefs into the subconscious.

• Post Hypnotherapy: Client receives a journal with self check-in prompts, 1 follow up call, and 1 accountability call or text.
