Each session is up to 120 minutes and will include hypnotherapy with the incorporation of the 5 senses to accelerate change and further impress the subconscious by targeting specific parts of the brain that impact emotion, desire, habits, self reflection and euphoria. Please make space in your schedule for 2 hours of uninterrupted time for yourself.
